The most common cause of diaper rash is the skin’s reaction to the chemicals and enzymes in the baby’s feces and urine and the subsequent heat that is generated byt those build up of those substances.  The mixture which is held in your baby’s diaper irritates the baby’s bottom and causes the diaper rash which is why it is imporatnt to regularly change the baby’s diaper.
